I thought I'd try starting an online free newspaper of some type. I really just have an idea right now. What I would like to do is find several people from each city and town in Livingston Parish to write up news articals.

Lets take Denham Springs for example:
Have one or two or more people to report on:
1. Jr High School sports teams
2. High School sports teams-Yellow Jacket Football
3. New Businesses coming to Denham Springs
4. Call and Comment-A section where everyone can add their comments
5. Calander of Events
6. City Council Meetings

Whatever else that you can think of that would be of interest. I have no problem if you even put in a plug for your business if you are the person doing a section of the newspaper.

Say for example:
1.Your a Real Estate Broker or Salesperson doing a weekly column on The Real Estate Boom in Livingston Parish. You may talk about a new subdivision that is being built and it just happens to be one of yours. Or maybe you do a column on Real Estate Tips for First Time Buyers and add your name and phone number for more information.

2.Your a loan officer for a bank: You can publish the current loan interest rates of your bank.

3. Your a Mayor or City Councilman: Keep the public informed of what is going on at the City.
